6. Cutting method: Rotary cutting after stopping the material

7. Clamping method: Outer bevel, inner and outer flat

8. Applicable materials: Anti-fingerprint plate, heat-resistant zinc plate

10. Adjusting the diameter size requires changing the molds

This machine is designed for rounding and forming inner and outer mesh screens of filter cartridges. The flat sheet material is first unwound and punched, then processed into cylindrical shapes through spiral coiling.

By setting the required diameter and length parameters, the machine can automatically coil the punched mesh into the desired filter mesh tubes and automatically cut them into individual cylindrical sections according to the preset length.
