Pleated insect screen

This is PP+PE insect screen pleated on the machine of working width 3200mm. This is our newly launched machine dedicated for blinds pleating. Pleated product height is changed on touchscreen from 13mm to 50mm based on the 3200mm working wdith. Pleat speed is maximum 110 pleats/minute.

As per our know-how and experience, PET mesh runs a better performance on the same machine and gsm over.

What is more, the unwinding in tension is the indispensable to guarantee each pleat is folded evenly.
